Notes from the Field – Spring Edition 🌷
A growing movement of those, who design a life and lifestyle true to themselves — that feels inspiring and energizing.
It’s a big world out there…
And, to our delight, that world is full of wonder—places, spaces, and faces who might just broaden our horizons or blow our ideas wide open. But first, you have to step outside your door.
Here in Austria, where I’m spending this season, the land is awakening. The birds in our garden are chirping, which is my favorite way to wake up. Watching them fly from one tree to another is my favorite way to take a break while sitting in the sun. The precious and tiny Schneeglöckchen and Schlüsselknotenblumen have started to bloom. Sidewalk cafés are filling up again, and there’s a collective sense of emergence—of stretching toward the light after a long winter.
Spring is an invitation: to explore, to reconnect, to take stock of where you are and where you want to go. Whether you're looking for a creative spark, a new environment to work from, or simply a fresh perspective, this season reminds us that inspiration often begins with stepping outside and paying attention to what’s around us.
“What you pay attention to will define, for you, what reality is.” – Oliver Burkeman

Spring Prompts 📓 At the beginning of the year, I hosted a workshop, including a worksheet to plan our seasons. Now is the time to check in on where you’re at:
What did you name this season for yourself? Does it still resonate?
What do you want to focus on this month? What principles will guide you?
How can you bring those intentions to life?
What new things can you try this month?
What old habits are you ready to let go of?
Stop and smell a flower. Be truly present 🌷
There’s an undeniable shift in energy right now. As buds appear, and green shoots emerge, there is a sense of anticipation—a movement beneath the surface, that slowly becomes visible.
Let’s take these natural rhythms as teachers, and remember, just as the earth doesn't rush from winter into summer’s fullness, our own life unfolds in cycles too, that honor both action and reflection, slowness and moments of spark.
Wishing you a season of exploration, inspiration and connection.
